We have 2 state of the art manufacturing facilities at Noida in North India and at Chennai in South India with a combined capacity to produce 50,000 pairs /day on imported Italian machines using the best quality materials from global suppliers. We have our own Design Team and Mold Bank and work with international designers from Germany & Italy to track global style trends and incorporate them to develop soles which offer you the best in footwear fashion. A full-fledged R&D Lab with modern testing equipment ensures that our products meet the highest quality standards.

To ensure that we offer you the best customer service, we have a pan India sales network with offices at Delhi NCR, Agra, Kanpur (North India), Mumbai (West India), Chennai (South India) and Kolkata (East India) supported by a dedicated Customer Support Team at our Head Office in Noida.

Our Noida Eva Facility – (Unit III)

Established in 2022
Located on a 4000 M2 plot, the Unit has a Covered area of 30,000 Ft2
The Plant has modern IMEVA & CMEVA Machines and operates in a Dust-Free Environment to ensure the highest quality of production of all types of soles made from EVA

EVA Soles:

- - Four CMEVA machines, 64 Stations. Combined capacity 6000 pairs/day
  - Two IMEVA eight-station machiness, capacity of 5000 pairs/day
  - Rubber co-moulded soles

Production Technology

PU SOLES

We have three 60-station Italian GUSBI P.U. machines to give the best results with the facility of producing separate dosing colour soles with double density PU SOLES. The production capacity is 18000 pairs per day at our Noida facility.

TPR & TPU SOLES

We have DESMA Italian, Main Group & Coradati T.P.R. machines for producing double and single colour TPR SOLES. The production capacity is 8000 pairs/day at our Noida facility & 9000 pairs /day at Chennai.

RUBBER SOLES

We have Italian presses to mould the rubber soles through the vulcanization method using natural, synthetic, latex & nitrile rubber. All the processes are carried out in dust-free environment. The production capacity at Noida is 6000 pairs/day and 8000 pairs/day at our Chennai facility.

EVA SOLES

We have IMEVA & CMEVA machines to mould EVA soles. All the processes are carried out in a dust-free environment. The combined production capacity at Noida and Chennai is 12,000 pairs/day for compression moulding and 7000 pairs/day for injection moulding.

Choice of Sole Materials

We offer a wide choice of materials including Polyurethane (PU) of single and double density, Thermo Plastic Rubber (TPR), Thermo Plastic Polyurethane (TPU) & Rubber for Sole manufacturing.

PU SOLES

We are manufacturers of high-quality PU soles. Articles can be made in Single/double density with properties like abrasion-resistant, durable, comfortable & lightweight. Our quality of raw material ensures longer life, these are also perfect for hard-wearing shoe soles, with excellent long-term mechanical properties.

TPR SOLES

Our infrastructure offers production for single and double color soles, made with high quality material. We have styrenic based segment to achieve excellent strength. TPR soles offer properties like light weight, durability, temperature resistance and are shock proof.

TPU SOLES

We have been catering to the growing market demand by manufacturing of TPU Sole. In this domain we are the manufacturer and exporter of these product in Noida and Chennai both units,. These are made up with high quality raw material and examine the quality of these products. Our company is availing these products at good range.

RUBBER SOLES

Manufactured through the vulcanisation process, our wide variety of rubber soles withstand all tests of quality. We develop various colour and finish in-house to provide a wide range. Rubber soles can be made oil and slip-resistant as per demand.

EVA SOLES

Due to properties like lightweight, flexibility, bounce and durability, EVA has become a customer favourite. We make EVA sole in both injection (IMEVA) and compression(CMEVA) technology. Production is done in the north and south to meet growing demand.

We offer the latest sole technologies such as Double Density, Anti Skid, Soft Footbed, Shock Proof for use with a wide variety of footwear needs.

SHOCK PROOF

Shockproof Shoe sole, provide an improved shock-resistant shoe sole which reduces the impact shock experienced by the foot when engaging the ground and thereby reduces foot injuries which may occur during running and other physical activities.

SOFT FOOTBED

These Footbeds have an integrated comfort and support method. The Footbed is formed of PU Based material and has cushion bonded properties. The result is an integral, strong and flexible cushion insole suitable for the manufacture of particularly light and comfortable sandals.

ANTI-SKID PU

Slip-resistant PU outsole is softer and made of PU material that is more slip-resistant when exposed to water and oil than other outsole compounds. This softer PU outsole means that a slip-resistant shoe can more effectively grip a slick floor. This means even on quarry tile or hardwood or linoleum flooring, a slip-resistant shoe will be able to grab hold whereas a shoe with a harder, stiffer outsole would not be able to.

DOUBLE DENSITY PU

The dual-density shoe soles are currently used, the majority of the first glue various materials bonded cardboard, and after a suitable arc paperboard adhesive composition of the steel core in the end, and then subjected to further processing, in a midsole attached to the front end of the different thicknesses, the size of the foam-based material, and hardness to achieve the desired curvature of the foot position, and finally artificial trimming, grinding into the desired shape and size.
